A shamanic council listens for edicts from their god for guidance and direction. When they strike, they descend from the mountains like a fierce blizzard and vanish just as quickly.
+Those who've gained the favor of the Volibear are given his mark, ascending into abominable hybrids of man and bear. Most lose their minds to savage instinct and become little more than attack dogs. Those who hold onto their sense of self are gifted with power over the storm. These sorcerous chosen rise to lead the warbands when they go on the hunt.
