He is a merciful God, empowering those who are experiencing undue suffering to overcome it. He is typically depicted as a severely injured man that is short in stature with slight musculature. Most notably is his kind face and gentle expression, contrasting his injured body.
+Clerics and other similar devout followers of Ilmater are generally well respected, dedicating their lives to helping those who may need them. They stay neutral in most conflicts until great injustices are noticed, at which point they will intervene and advocate for those who can't speak for themselves. Most followers of Ilmater are good aligned, but no one in need will be turned away from any church of Ilmater. He eases the suffering of all, regardless of how "deserving" a person may be of his blessings.
