| Toro is the younger of two brothers who were very close. So close, in fact, that around ten years ago, the two decided to move to Welmet together to start a business. They were partway through the process when Toro stumbled upon a group of unsavories, wearing half moons symbols, being shifty, and reported them to the proper authorities. This drew the ire of this particular group, who began harassing and making threats towards Toro, even making attempts at his life once or twice. It got to a point where Toro was constantly on edge, feeling like he was being watched, like any moment someone was going to attack him, like everyone was out to get him.
