As of late, his efforts seem to be paying off.

+====== Curtain Call ======
+Tortos has has brought about a second coming of Ornn, rebuilding the destroyed follower base stronger than before. The Heartforge continues to serve as the primary place of worship, with the other scattered shrines eventually restored to their full splendor.
+Tortos continues to serve as the Head Smith. His personal gear, the infernium hammer Bellows and his Ornn-emblazoned shield, serve as the symbols of office for the Smiths of Ornn.
