There have been a number of very similar “cloned” beings calling themselves Markessa throughout Aperta-Mundi. There have even been records of such beings in the past going back as far as the Civorean Empire. Despite operating separately and having no knowledge of one another, they all have sinister intent. It is believed that they all serve an original being who calls herself Markessa.
