   * Virkissos of Remnant - Viewed with suspicion by his peers at the school, Virkissos was brought on quickly after the last Summoning teacher was swallowed whole by a rogue [[voidspan gates|Voidspan Gate]].
   * Laurich the Black - An orcish wizard from [[nemedobur#luaighear|Luaighear]] who specializes in Abjuration magic in wartime. She is famous for protecting the Imperial warship Vingilot as it drove deep into [[Occulous]] territory to help destroy a sentient planet. While the mission was considered to be a moderate success, Laurich was never the same and was given a simple job teaching first-circle students at the Imperial Academy after that deployment.
