     * Maze has decoded the sorage device stolen during the Gamma Gala. It inidcates the location of a storage facility. Maze wants the facility checked out and anything there brought back. Xander wants the same, but less for undermining Gamma Co., and more for fun and profit.
     * Storm of Vengeance is looking to recruit allies at the Fallen City. They've heard Gamma Co. has already made an alliance there, but the head of the local Kobolds may be open to an alliance. The heroes are warned, this carries a slightly greater risk than prior assignments.
   * The Homeshard Heroes choose to look into making contact with the Kobold leader at the Fallen City.
+    * Lee mentioned that they didn't really like going to the Gamma Metropolis. They get really mad if you call a convenience store anything other than a 'Bodega' and insist then have the best pizza.
+    * The group was promptly met by young Fuschia, who quickly darted through something like 10 gates to arrive at the Storm of Vengeance HQ. They're not looking great! Lots of injured everywhere.

+    * It's //really// cold. The group requested and was given warm cloaks (kinda bloody, in need of some patches, one even came with a free dagger!). The terrain is frozen, with ice rather than snow, and lots of rubble. The buildings are generally ruined.
+    * There's another contact in charge of the Kobolds, operating independently out of the Fallen City.
+  * The Homeshard Heroes arrived at the Fallen City, and wandered around through silent, empty streets, until they find some signs of travel, some going into buildings. Lith uses her familiar to scout out a building and sees a sleeping Kobold (reptilian).
+  * Caiel uses comprehend languages and reaches out telepathically, telling the Kobold we are visiting and against Gamma Co. Kobold raised the alarm (oops, this one's pro Gamma Co.!).
+  * Battle ensues as three Gamma Co. constructs and several Kobolds of both canine and reptilian varieties attack the party. The heroes try their best not to kill the Kobolds, until they got hit a little too hard and a few too many times. Also, some of these Kobold are super buff. They must lift or something.
+  * The Kobolds and constructs are defeated, with the final one left alive for questioning. Lee woke the Kobold back up using an Atwood special.

+    * Couple months ago, Gamma Co. arrived and initially attacked them. But Gamma Co. talked to Empress Fegi and now the Kobolds attack anyone that's against Gamma Co.
+  * The party retreats to a new location to Lore-Axe Empress Fergi, discovering:
+    * She's been around for a VERY long time. Back to the time of the Welmet Heroes. She took over her grandmother's cave and took care of everyone she could, doing the best she could with limited resources.
+    * She's //very// into virtual gaming. Which is kinda like the Fireball room but in front of your face? She also loves games and gaming of all kinds. She rarely leaves her cave now, but whenever she did before, she picked up as many games as possible.
+  * The party returns to their gagged and tied up Kobold, and ask whether there's any //other// Kobold leader. They are told there is a Queen of the Kobolds in the opposite direction as the dragon's lair. The Kobold is asked to lead the party there, and then left tied up in another building when the party arrived.
+    * The Kobold also gaslit Val that he didn't in fact hit Val. Multiple times. Really hard.
+  * The party were readily admitted and met with The Queen.
+    * Empress Fergi is open to an alliance, particularly if food, supplies, and weapons can be provided.
+    * The Queen has about 30% of the Kobolds on her side, but could likely recruit more with food/supplies.
+    * The party is asked about their willingness to take on an ancient black dragon down the line. They agree they likely would be open to the prospect, but would want to be properly prepared and bring in some allies. Maybe Steve McSword would enjoy the challenge.
+    * The party was offered accomodations to stay the night (you get a long rest! that's totally not ominous at all!)
+  * The next morning, the party attempted to sneak out of the Fallen City. They were seen by Queen Fergi and she blasted them with her acid breath, yelling 'You interrupted my gaming!' They all managed to survive after some dexterous saves, a great deal of inspiration, and Val's rune that utterly splatted Lith's familiar Splat the bat (instead of Caiel). They all made it back to Storm of Vengeance rather worse for wear, but with good information.
