 Xander is one of the primary quest-givers in the [[Gamma Metropolis]]. His missions tend to be centered on resource acquisition, whether that be raw resources, magical knowledge, or finished products. His contacts tend to be generally unsavory, as do some of his practices. This versatility does allow him to be the closest thing to a rival that [[Gamma Co.]] has, though. Xander is one of the primary quest-givers in the [[Gamma Metropolis]].
