Xander is the individual running a back-alley magic item shop in the shadow of Gamma Co. His supplies are not always the most reliable, but he is always willing to cut a deal. His shop is chaotic and cluttered with magical equipment and implants in assorted states of repair. There does not appear to be an organizational system, but he always knows exactly where to find any given item.

Xander is one of the primary quest-givers in the Gamma Metropolis. His missions tend to be centered on resource acquisition, whether that be raw resources, magical knowledge, or finished products. His contacts tend to be generally unsavory, as do some of his practices. This versatility does allow him to be the closest thing to a rival that Gamma Co. has, though.
