Full Name: Griffin Lee Atwood. He goes exclusively by “Lee” or “Atwood” if he's feeling formal.

Appearance: Tall, with longish red hair. Late 20s in half-elf years. Wears bolo ties unironically. Rarely seen without his Iconic Hat and Boots, mainly because he does not own any other hats or boots.
Backstory: Lee was born on Dearaigsach approximately 50 years ago in a small village known as Johona, which was notable for being built into the side of a cliff and also for being home to the only horse on the entire shard. He was a delinquent as a child and as a result he was sent to a boarding school in the Gamma Metropolis. He was somewhat of a terror at this school. One of the kids he gave a hard time to was an Eladrin named Ramsay Blue. Lee used to play what he described as “perfectly innocent tricks” on the elf, most notably locking him in a walk in fridge for several hours. He was not expelled for this behavior because the entire boarding school was actually an elaborate money laundering scheme. This is not as relevant to the story as you'd think it would be.
As adults, Lee and Ramsay became reacquainted by chance after they both happened to be thrown into the same Gamma Metropolis jail cell. They joined forces to break out and decided that they actually made a pretty good team. The two of them co-founded a small mercenary company. They worked together for almost a decade, with Ramsay as the brains of the operation, Lee as the sharpshooter/tracker, and a rotating cast of disposable goons as the muscle. Over this span of time Lee came to regard Ramsay as his best friend.
One day, basically out of nowhere, Ramsay announced that Lee “Knew too much” before opening the airlock door of his small voidship and allowing Lee to be blown out into open voidspace. Adding injury to insult, Ramsay slammed the door shut on Lee's right arm as he tried to hold on for dear life, severing the limb.
Lee drifted in the cold, dark void for almost 5 minutes. The chances that his floating body would be spotted by a passing void freighter were almost infinitesimal, and yet that's what happened. He survived by mere seconds. He spent 3 months recovering from this ordeal. His doctors insisted that he probably suffered some kind of brain damage due to the lack of oxygen, but Lee thinks his doctors can go suck eggs.
