When the smoke of burning powered blissroot is inhaled, either as incense or smoked like tobacco, it causes mild euphoria in the user. Often used to treat anxiety and PTSD. Sadly illegal in many regions due to how Blissroot extract can be refined into powerful and dangerous narcotics. Those under the effects of Powdered Blissroot have advantage to any Fear or Charm effects for one hour after taking a dose. **Warning!** This product may not be legal in all locations. This can ONLY be taken by the buyer. If given to anyone else, it fails to work. When you drink this elixir, you have ONE of the following conditions for the next hour: your hair changes to a color of your choice, your eyes glow, butterflies flit about you, you smell pleasantly of a scent of your choice (e.g., wood smoke, roses, jelly donuts, we don't judge). **HOWEVER**, you also contract magic syphilis for an hour (sorry) and also gain one of the following conditions for the next hour: you are convinced you are a newt, you grow hair all over your face, you gain a static charge and  give everyone you touch a mild (harmless) shock, you are convinced every male NPC you meet may have been your father, or you smell of old socks.||
