+In an effort to survive the final collapse, a small but diverse community took their accumulated knowledge of magic and built a self-sufficient colony. They started with very little in the way of material resources on one of the last large fragments of the Prime Material Pane. They established farmland, scouted the area for new resources, and were overall successful.
+While there were losses on the way, most notably the oldest and most knowledgeable throuple, the colony made up for it by preserving that knowledge in magical crystals found nearby. Those same crystals allowed for the taming of the dinosaur population the colony found in the jungle. This led to the development of a very mobile and powerful fighting force of dinosaur riders.
+Among the threats faced during this time were a group of barbarians who objected to the throuple-based social dynamics of the colony, as well as the remains of the mega corporation [[Gamma Co.]] Both caused some problems for the colony, but the people developed and implemented various plans for the future. Gamma Co. managed to tap into a magical reservoir found under a volcano and mount an offensive force, but the Dinosaur Riders were able to handle them.

Once they were secure, they decided to start reaching out to the remains of the universe around them. They then created the [[welmet|Welmet Voidspace Station]] as a point of contact for those who need help in the universe to get it. The Welmet accepts all adventurers looking to help deal with the problems of the universe, even if only to make some money.
