+**Press Release: Isva’s Hand Orphanage and Shop Announces Enhanced Security Measures**
+//Welmet Station: Effective immediately, the following enhanced security measures will be implemented at the Isva’s Hand Orphanage and Shop:
+  * All visitors will be required to sign in at the new single point of entry with valid identification.
+  * Potential adopters will need to provide required documentation at least two weeks in advance of supervised visitation.
+  * No weapons will be allowed into our facilities.  Should you bring a weapon to the shop for repair, you must surrender it at the time of sign-in.  It will be returned to you at the workstation.
+These changes have been deemed necessary following the increased criminal activity on the Welmet, including the robbery of our own facility, as well as the heightened tensions in our community.  The well-being of the children in our charge must remain our top priority.
+Any perceived risk to the orphanage, inhabitants, staff or shop patrons will be reported to the OWC immediately.
+We do hope that these measures do not dissuade you from visiting us.  We will continue to have the work benches available and various handmade items for sale at the shop.  All serious inquiries regarding adoption will be responded to within 48 hours.
